East Coast Pride positively welcomes media enquiries in both the run-up and during our East Coast Pride celebrations.

Although we actively welcome members of the press and media to our event, they are welcome to attend and cover any aspects held within public spaces. However, if you wish to gain stage access or access to ticketed events, we will need to capture some more information via our media application form.

Talking about East Coast Pride

When talking about our organisation and event, it's important to use the correct name - East Coast Pride. We are a Charity in England and Wales, and have the legal status of a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).

Referring to us as 'Skegness Pride' or 'gay pride' can be confusing and exclude members of the wider LGBTQIA+ community who may not identify as gay. Our event and our work is a celebration of all LGBTQIA+ identities, so let's make sure we are inclusive in our language and represent everyone in our community.

Can I use the East Coast Pride logo?

We ask that the use of our logo be reserved for official sponsors and media partners of East Coast Pride. This helps us to ensure that our logo is not used inappropriately or without our permission. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us to promote a positive and inclusive message for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Can I use your images?

To protect the intellectual property of East Coast Pride and our official photographers, the use of our images is reserved exclusively for our sponsors and media partners. If you wish to use any of our images, please obtain consent from us first and provide proper credit to the photographer who took the images.
