MEDICAL & WELFARE
We’re proud to be working with Arley Medical Services as our official medical provider for East Coast Pride 2025. Arley Medical Services is a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with a ‘Good’ rating, and is approved by Qualsafe Awards, an awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications.

Their team of qualified first responders and medical professionals will be present throughout the event, helping ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone attending.

You’ll find the medical team in green uniforms, patrolling the site and based at dedicated medical stations.
If you need medical assistance or have a health concern:
-
Approach any member of the medical team
-
Or speak to a Security Guard or Steward (yellow/orange high-visibility jackets)
-
Or speak to one of our Event Management Team (red or purple high-visibility jackets)
They will ensure a medical responder is dispatched to your location if needed.
In hot weather, please remember to wear sun protection and drink plenty of water. Free water points will be available across the site.
Please treat our medical staff with dignity and respect — they are here to support your safety and comfort as part of our wider East Coast Pride team.
Let’s look after each other and make East Coast Pride 2025 a safe, inclusive, and joyful celebration.

Lost Children and Information Point
If you lose your child, or your child becomes lost, please head to the 'Information Point' which will be located and clearly sign posted near the Main Stage. One of our volunteer team will be able to assist you.
We have security and stewards across the park as well as Safeguarding Volunteers who will be there to relocate lost children or vulnerable adults with their friends or family.
