East Coast Pride is proud to welcome back Micronclean as a Pride Sponsor for 2025. Micronclean supported East Coast Pride 2024 as an Pride Sponsor, and have returned to support the organisation and event for a second year.
About Micronclean
Micronclean has been owned and managed by the Fry family since Cedric Fry acquired the original laundry in 1928, although it had been in existence for many years prior to that. The company’s origins can be traced as far back as 1883 when it began as Skegness Steam Laundry, and was later known for many years as Fenland Laundries Ltd, before becoming Micronclean Ltd.
Micronclean employs over 450 people, most of whom are based at their four sites located in Skegness Louth and Grantham, making them one of the largest employers in Lincolnshire.
East Coast Pride’s Chair, Amy celebrated the support of Micronclean by saying:
"It’s truly a pleasure to have such a large employer in our region support East Coast Pride. By sponsoring us for a second year, it shows that the business is committed to our community, but also showcases the importance of inclusion and equity within their organisation. Thank you to all of the Micronclean team and we look forward to celebrating with you at Pride on the 13th September 2025!”
