At East Coast Pride, we believe that lasting change is built on evidence. Understanding the real experiences of LGBTQIA+ people and their allies living across Lincolnshire is central to everything we do.

Through surveys, community engagement and partnership with local organisations, we gather insight into how people experience safety, healthcare, employment, social connection and everyday community life. We share our findings openly, with the aim of informing local decision-making, strengthening services and making the case for a more inclusive Lincolnshire.
