STALL BOOKINGS

Terms and Conditions of Bookings

• Bookings are for the pitch only. Stallholders must provide their own tables, chairs, coverings, gazebos and anything else they require.

• Generators are not permitted on site, except for food vendors or where East Coast Pride has given prior approval.

• All stallholders must hold public liability insurance and a risk assessment that covers Saturday 11 September 2027, and send evidence of both to us. You are fully liable for the activities on your stall and for any accident or incident on it, and East Coast Pride accepts no responsibility or liability for these. We will inspect these documents during the booking process and may request evidence on the day. If you fail to comply with your risk assessment, or our team decides you do not have the correct equipment, you will be turned away with no refund.

• All food stallholders must hold a food hygiene rating of 4 or 5 at the time of booking and on the day of the event, Saturday 11 September 2027. If you do not maintain this standard, you will be turned away with no refund.

• Stallholders may set up on Saturday 11 September 2027 between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. All vehicles, other than pre-agreed vehicles that form part of a pitch, must be off site by 10:30 am and can be parked in one of the nearby public car parks.

• The East Coast Pride Park Stage runs from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturday 11 September 2027. Stallholders must stay for the full duration unless an emergency arises on the day.

• No vehicles may enter or leave the East Coast Pride site between 10:30 am and 7:30 pm, including pre-agreed pitch vehicles. There are no exceptions, even in an emergency, other than movements directed by Event Control or the emergency services.

• Pitches cannot be reserved. Stalls are allocated shortly before the event and the organiser's decision is final.

• Bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

• All types of stall can be part of East Coast Pride, and charities and community groups are especially welcome. We cannot accept bookings from alcohol suppliers. No stall may sell or give away alcohol, and no drinks may be sold or served in glass.

• All stallholders must share our ethos and vision for a world in which all people can be themselves, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, and live free of discrimination simply for being who they are.

• Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue or before the event, whichever is sooner. No booking is confirmed until the invoice is paid.

• East Coast Pride reserves the right to refuse any stall whose goods or services do not align with our values as an organisation, or that competes with established businesses in the Skegness area.

• East Coast Pride may share your information with the East Lindsey Event Safety Advisory Group (ELESAG) as part of our event planning. We may also need to share it with other parties including, but not limited to, our insurers and other local authorities.
