BLUE LIGHT ZONE

Blue Light Zone, supported by the RNLI

Join us for a celebration at East Coast Pride's Blue Light Zone, a tribute to our emergency services and armed forces, which are a part of our community. This will allow you to meet the heroes who keep our communities safe and celebrate pride with them, fostering a sense of belonging at our local lifeboat station.

Zone Opening Times: 11:00 am until 5:00pm | Event Location: ///Fled.Rope.Engine

Emergency Services Showcase
Experience an up-close experience with teams from Lincolnshire Police, East Midlands Ambulance Service, Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, HM Coastguard, LIVES, and the crews from various RNLI Stations and RNLI Lifeguards along the Lincolnshire coast.

Interactive Experiences
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet the amazing people serving these critical roles within our East Lincolnshire community. Learn about their work, challenges, and contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community. It’s a chance to gain insight into the lives of those always on the frontline keeping us safe.

Celebrating Blue Light Pride
This event is more than just a meet-and-greet; it celebrates the inclusivity and diversity within our emergency services and armed forces. It's an acknowledgement of their unwavering support and commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, and a thank you for their service.

“It is great to see that Skegness will see its very own Pride event when in previous years Lincoln and Mablethorpe have led the way.

We at Lincolnshire Police look forward to this event and having more opportunities to celebrate diversity and inclusion in the town.”
